Among the honorees is Gharsa Amin of Kavodax, recognized for her leadership and contributions to innovation in the technology and fintech space.

Alongside Gharsa Amin, the first five recognized leaders include Karen Elliott of Cinareo, Ellie Hong of Postulift, Wintta Ghebreiyesus of Moon Trades Technologies, and June Xu of Optimus AI Inc.
